LAKE COUNTY, Ill. (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- An apparent case of road rage landed a man in jail.
A 37-year-old man was arrested in Lake County. The Lake County Sheriff's office said a motorist called 911 to report a reckless driver in Wauconda.
The victim claimed Anthony Delorto refused to let him merge and waived a hand gun at him. Police said responding officers located Delorto and recovered a handgun.
He was charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Aggravated Assault, and Disorderly Conduct.
