CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -There are charges now in an attack of a CTA worker on the West Side over the weekend.
Chicago Police said the attack happened Sunday morning on the CTA Green Line.
A 41-year-old CTA worker was riding the EL when she was beaten near the California Station, in the 2800 block of West Lake Street.
Police said 44-year-old Damion Fisher, the alleged attacker, was arrested minutes later on the same block. Now, he’s charged with aggravated battery to a transit employee.
