CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Police were conducting a death investigation Saturday morning after a man was found unresponsive on the rocks of Promontory Point in Hyde Park.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene in the 5400 block of South Lake Shore Drive about 10:20 a.m., according to Chicago police.
The recovery of the body comes in conjunction with a search for a man who went missing after entering the water from a boat near 31st Street Beach on Tuesday.
The cause of death was not immediately known and the identity of the man is currently unknown.
