Friday was "Match Day" for graduating medical students from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, as 140 students learned where they will train as residents for the next three to seven years.

Sky Dominguez will be staying in Chicago to study psychiatry at UIC. She was celebrating with her fiance and told WBBM "I'm so excited, we're getting married in June, so we get to stay in the city...and I get to continue my research. I was actually born at UIC so we get to stay here."

Dania Jaamour will actually be staying at Northwestern, to study Internal Medicine, saying "the whole goal of medicine should be...helping people. If you're going in with other intentions than you're not going to be the best doctor you can be. (It's) definitely a very exciting day, I'm so excited to treat patients and make a difference in medicine in the future."

Match Day is held annually at 157 medical schools around the country to announce the results of the National Residents Matching Program.
