(WBBM NEWSRADIO) – Two Cicero men are facing felony charges in connection with what investigators say is a multimillion-dollar theft ring that operated in several states.

Lyons Police Chief Thomas Herion said a truck trailer filled with toys was stolen from a storage yard near 1st Avenue and taken to a warehouse on West Roosevelt Road on Chicago’s West Side. After executing a search warrant earlier this month, authorities found $5 million in stolen merchandise, he said.

“Including Apple products. I mean, jeans here worth $350 each. High-end luxury watches, international watches. And some of these shoes that are here, even from Nike and Adidas, are not even released yet,” Herion said.

Erick Lujano-Bautista and Edwin Aguirre-Ramirez of Cicero have been charged with burglary, a Class 2 felony, and Bautista also faces a felony charge of possession of stolen property, police said. Additional charges are anticipated.

An investigation continues.
