CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Charges could be filed today over an alleged sexual assault on a CTA Purple Line train this weekend.

A 16-year-old girl told Chicago Police that a man sat next to her on an inbound Purple Line train Saturday afternoon, asked her for her phone number and if she wanted to smoke. When she said no, police said he grabbed her waist, cornered her and sexually assaulted her.
