CHICAGO (WBBM Newsradio) -- Fans heading to the United Center this season will find more than hockey and basketball on the schedule. The arena, in partnership with the Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bulls and hospitality partner Levy, has unveiled its biggest off-season food and beverage expansion yet.
The rollout coincides with the Blackhawks’ Centennial season, blending tradition and innovation into new gameday favorites. Fans can bite into the Centennial Six Stack Burger, piled high to honor six Stanley Cup championships, or try crispy mozzarella “pucks” -- a playful spin on a sports bar classic.

Executive Chef Scott Perez says the goal was to build a menu that reflects Chicago’s culinary heritage while keeping things fresh.
“Chicago has a very rich food history and we try to honor that with the dishes that we create,” Perez said. “The truffle cheesesteak on a buttery New England roll with shoestring fries is a great example.”

The Bulls will share in the flavors too, with new items like tempura shrimp tacos, loaded brisket fries and rotating cocktail specials. Perez noted that the tacos, served with chipotle aioli and jalapeño lime slaw, are already fan favorites.
“We also have some new tacos that are a really great item in our Ketel One Club… served with fresh tortilla chips and salsa verde,” he said.
It’s part of the largest food overhaul the United Center has undertaken. “I’ve been here now for four years, and this is the most offerings we’ve ever rolled out in an off season,” Perez added.
From limited-edition cocktails in commemorative cups to Chicago staples from Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Lillie’s Q and Giordano’s, the United Center says the menu expansion is designed to make the arena an eating destination in its own right.
The new offerings will be available throughout the 2025-26 season at Blackhawks and Bulls games, as well as during concerts and events.
