CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- With a playoff showdown against the Houston Astros just days away, White Sox fans gathered Monday outside of Guaranteed Rate Field with no shortage of confidence.

It may have been a gloomy Monday afternoon, but that didn't scare Sox fans away from the team's 'Change the Game' rally.

"It was super important for me to come out to the rally today to root on our White Sox," Katrina said. "They're going all the way!"

She made the trip from DeKalb, and while she admitted that getting past Houston in the first round won't be easy, she said she's got a good feeling about the South Siders this year.

"I think Tony (La Russa) has got it and he's going to do what he needs to do and we are all healthy and ready for this," she said.

Fans were treated to t-shirt and playoff ticket giveaways, and could even snap pictures with life-sized bobble heads of some Sox stars.

"Tim Anderson, Jose Abreu, all these guys are awesome," one fan said. "This feels incredible."
