(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Illinois beer lovers are getting a chance to try some iconic brews.
Yuengling brewery is the oldest in America. It's been bottling brews since 1829.
The company is announcing some of its flagship tastes are now on draft across Illinois. It includes Yuengling's traditional Lager and Flight by Yuengling.
“As we look to further Yuengling’s presence in the Midwest, we are excited to officially begin pouring our iconic beers in Illinois as our next expansion state,” said Wendy Yuengling, Chief Administrative Officer in a released statement.
They'll be doing tastings all around the state in order to promote the opportunity to try the beers.
Later this year, bottles and cans of the beer will be at stores, restaurants and bars across the state.
