NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating the death of a man found in the back of a car near Citi Field in Queens on Tuesday night, authorities said.
At approximately 12:10 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of an aided individual at 127th Street and 35th Avenue in Willets Point.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 33-year-old man unconscious and unresponsive in the back of a vehicle parked at the location.
The man had apparent signs of trauma to his body, officials said.
EMS pronounced the man dead on scene.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and an investigation remains ongoing at this time.
