Stewart Rhodes, head of the anti-government militia Oath Keepers is expected back in court today for his part in the deadly insurrection at the US Capitol where he is still trying to get his trial moved.
Rhodes has been trying to get his case moved out of the Washington D.C. area, and the Jan 6 House Committee may be a new vehicle.
The judge in the case will hear motions in a hearing that will include a change of venue request and Rhodes' lawyers have already made it clear they don't think they can get a fair jury in the District of Columbia.
His lawyers are expected to argue that the televised committee hearings are only complicating matters.
Two days ago the Government has landed a new indictment in the case, by some of it is changing language.
The indictment now accuses Rhodes of "challenging authority" in an effort to interfere with the certification of the electoral college.
