RECALL: Country Time Lemonade, Tang, Arizona Tea, Kool-Aid mixes for potential presence of glass, metal

(WWJ) -- The Food and Drug Administration on Monday recalled powdered mixes of Country Time Lemonade, Tang Orange, Arizona Arnold Palmer and Kool-Aid in several flavors -- including Tropical Punch and Raspberry Lemonade -- that could contain small pieces of glass and metal that may have been introduced during production.

The recall is aimed at certain brands and flavors of powdered mixes in the 6 oz. on-the-go sizes all the way up to the 82.5 oz. jars.

The recall involves products with the “Best When Used By” dates between May 10, 2023 and Nov. 1, 2023

No reports of incidents ingesting the products have been reported.

Consumers who purchased the recalled items should not consume the product and can either return it to the store where it was purchased, or discard it.
