NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for three men wanted in connection to a string of nine robberies in Manhattan in about 10 days.
According to police, the incidents took place between Aug. 22 and 30 in Washington Heights and Inwood, and in each incident, the men grabbed their victims, forcibly detained them, and rummaged through their pockets for cash or a wallet.
The victims fled on foot in an unknown direction after taking their property, officials said
Police released surveillance footage late Wednesday of an incident that occurred last Friday at 5:30 a.m. in front of 407 Audubon Avenue in Washington Heights.
The video shows as one of the muggers grabbed a 30-year-old man from behind and placed him in a chokehold as the other men steal his cash, according to the authorities.
None of the victims were seriously injured as a result of these incidents.
No arrests have been made.
