NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — New Jersey resident Nick Calco, 17, woke up Thursday morning to find a Molotov cocktail thrown into his Chevy Malibu.
The car was parked in his driveway.
Authorities say the act happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Carter Bridge in Old Bridge.
Calco can’t think of anyone who would have motive for such an act.
“My brother, like barged into my room. He told me, yeah, like, yo, you gotta come down, like, your car’s on fire, “I’m like, my cars on fire? Like what? Like what do you mean, like how did this happe?,” Calco told reporters.
Calco is sure this was done at random. He doesn’t think anyone has it out for his family.
