A 29-year-old man called 911 after discovering the toddler just after 11 p.m. at Randall and Olmstead avenues in the Castle Hill section.

The boy was reportedly standing barefoot and crying on the corner at the Castle Hill Houses.

The tot was transported by EMS to Jacobi Medical Center. Police said he didn't speak but appeared to be in good health.

The NYPD released the boy's image overnight as they searched for his guardians. A bracelet he was wearing had his name on it, which may have helped police.

Around 9 a.m., police said the boy had been reunited with his family.

The boy’s family left the front door to their apartment partially open, according to police, who said a missing call was made overnight.

No one is facing charges at this time, police said.
