NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Tuesday arrested a 15-year-old boy for fatally shooting a man in the head outside of a Brooklyn deli last week, authorities said.
The teen was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, according to officials.
At approximately 3:25 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a man shot at 640 Blake Ave. East New York, police said.
Upon arrival, officers observed 24 year-old Abdolaye Ba with a gun shot wound to the head.
EMS rushed Ba to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on Thursday, Aug. 24.
