NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A construction machine fell onto the roof of a house next to a work site in the Bronx Monday afternoon, the NYC Department of Buildings said.
A pile driver tipped over while doing work at 2721 Colden Avenue in Allerton and landed on a neighboring house, officials said.
The fallen equipment caused damage to the third story roof and porch of the house, scene inspectors determined.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
