NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – The NYPD released images Tuesday of the e-bike rider suspected of fatally hitting a 69-year-old woman in Chinatown last week and then leaving the scene.

Priscilla Loke, of Manhattan, was struck by the man on a Citi Bike as she was waiting at a crosswalk on the northeast corner of Grand and Chrystie streets around 10:30 am. last Tuesday, police said.

The e-biker was heading northbound on Chrystie Street when he ran into Loke, causing her to be thrown to the ground, according to cops.

She suffered severe head trauma in the fall and was rushed in critical condition to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where she died on Thursday.

The biker stayed at the scene initially, propping Loke against a plastic barrier and even alerting NYPD officers across the street about her, according to surveillance video obtained by PIX11.

However, he ultimately left the scene, police said. Detectives are now looking to question him in the case.

A group called "Committee to Support Priscilla," made up of Loke's friends and family, believes the officers let the e-biker go without getting his information.

The group wants to review the police report, surveillance video and Citi Bike records, as well as meet with NYPD brass about the incident.

"Does this person know that he hit somebody," Liz OuYang, a long-time friend of Loke, told PIX11, "and that person is dead now?"

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
