NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- Two shootings in the Bronx overnight left seven people wounded, including a 12-year-old girl, police said Monday.
The violence started shortly after 9:30 p.m. Sunday with a quadruple shooting at Eastburn Avenue and the Grand Concourse in Mount Hope.
The victims included a 12-year-old girl who was shot in the right shoulder, a 35-year-old woman who was hit in the right foot and a 23-year-old man who was struck in the right thigh. They were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital.

The fourth victim was shot in the right toe and transported to BronxCare Health System.
All four victims were in stable condition, police said.
Shots were fired from several buildings away, according to law enforcement sources, who said the two wounded men may have been the intended targets, with the girl and woman hit by stray bullets.

About seven hours later at 4:30 a.m. Monday, three men were wounded in a triple shooting in the Morrisania section.
The men were struck at Webster Avenue and Claremont Parkway, police said.
Two of the men were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where they were listed in critical condition. The third man was hospitalized in stable condition.
Additional details about the shooting weren't immediately available.
No arrests had been reported in either shooting as of Monday.
The gun violence came just two days after a 5-year-old girl was shot and wounded at a memorial for a shooting victim in Williamsbridge on Friday night.
