NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Monday released video footage of a gunman who fired his weapon into a crowd on an East Harlem street earlier this month, authorities said.
The shooting happened at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8, at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 116th Street, the NYPD said.
According to officials, the displayed a firearm and discharged it toward a crowded section of the sidewalk, causing a grave risk of death or serious physical injury to members of the public.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The gunman was last seen wearing an all black sweat suit with green lettering on the back and light colored sneakers.
