NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Authorities are investigating the death of a 30-year-old man who was shot on a Brooklyn street corner late Sunday night, according to the NYPD.
At approximately 11 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a man shot near the corner of Fulton Street and Irving Place in Clinton Hill, officials said.
Upon arrival, officers observed the 30-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the back.
EMS transported the victim to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
The identity of the deceased is pending proper family notification.
