NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 30-year-old man who allegedly masturbated in front of a woman on a train earlier this month has been arrested, the NYPD said Wednesday.
Fnu Kamruzzaman, of Elmhurst, Queens, was arrested and charged with public lewdness on Jan. 13, police said.
Police say a 56-year-old woman was on a northbound E train approaching the Court Square subway station in Queens around 8:20 p.m. on Jan. 5 when she spotted Kamruzzaman masturbating.
The arrest marked the second time Kamruzzaman has been cuffed for exposing himself on a train, the New York Post reported.
The Queens resident was charged with sex abuse and forcible touching in August 2017 "for allegedly exposing himself and rubbing his genitals on a 36-year-old off-duty female cop on the 7 train in Sunnyside," according to the outlet.
Kamruzzaman's attorney information wasn't immediately available Thursday.
