Man beaten, stabbed at Bronx subway station, 4 sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Thursday released surveillance footage of a group of suspects wanted for beating and stabbing a man at a Bronx subway station last week.

It happened at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24, at the Mosholu Parkway train station mezzanine in Norwood.


Five suspects approached the 44-year-old man and after a verbal dispute, the group struck and stabbed him multiple times.

The suspects then took the victim's cell phone and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

EMS transported the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.

The suspects are described as three men and one woman, with dark complexion and approximately 20 to 25 years of age.
