NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance to identify a suspect in connection to a sexual assault that occurred in Upper Manhattan earlier this month.
According to police, the incident occurred at 2:25 a.m. on August 11, when the suspect approached a 61-year-old woman in the vicinity of Sherman Avenue and Dyckman Street in Inwood.
The suspect then proceeded to place his hand under her shirt and grab her chest before fleeing, officials said.
