NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A man shot a driver in the face during an argument on a Queens street over the weekend, police said Tuesday as they released images of the suspect.
Shortly before he was shot Saturday afternoon, the 31-year-old victim was in some sort of dispute with the stranger near 137th Avenue and 226th Street in Laurelton.
As the two men argued shortly before 1 p.m., the suspect got in his Jeep, drove up to the victim's car and fired multiple rounds into the vehicle, police said.
The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the face, according to police.
He was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
Police said the shooter's gray Jeep had New York plates KES4696.
