NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was stabbed in the stomach inside a Time Square McDonald’s early Tuesday morning, police said.
The stabbing in the McDonald’s at Broadway and West 45th Street is at least the third stabbing in and around Times Square over the past week.
According to police, the victim and his attacker had been in an ongoing dispute when the stabbing occurred around 6 a.m.
The suspect fled the restaurant, and the victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition.
The stabbing came a day after a man was stabbed in the leg during a dispute Sunday night at West 40th Street and Broadway.
And last Wednesday, a man was stabbed and slashed by several men at West 40th Street and Seventh Avenue in a drug deal gone bad.
Police also recently released images of a woman wanted for allegedly stabbing a subway rider in the head aboard a train near the Lexington Avenue/59th Street station in Midtown last Tuesday.
