NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police arrested a man in Queens on Tuesday who allegedly chased after a FedEx delivery driver with a hunting bow and arrow following a dispute, officials said.

The 38-year-old FedEx driver was waiting in traffic in his truck near 59 Avenue and Lawrence Street in Flushing when 22-year-old Alexander Carrion got into an argument with him after thinking he heard the man talking to his girlfriend, according to authorities.

The driver told officials that he continued his route and ignored Carrion who went inside his home to get a bow and arrow.

A short while later, the driver spotted Carrion coming towards his FedEx truck at 137 Street and Booth Memorial Avenue with a hunting bow, the NYPD said.

The driver reported the incident to 911 before driving off, officials said.

Officers Dorado and Morales responded and were able to quickly track down and apprehended Carrion.

The officers also recovered the bow and arrows, police said.

Carrion faces charges of reckless endangerment, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and harassment.
