NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man and a woman accused of holding a victim at knifepoint and stealing thousands of dollars from her in the Bronx on Tuesday.
At approximately 3:50 p.m., a 56-year-old woman was walking in front of 555 Grand Concourse in the South Bronx when she was approached by the two suspects.
Acting in concert, the pair displayed a knife and forced the woman to walk to a nearby ATM.
The victim removed $8,000 from her account which the suspects took.
Additionally, the suspects took two rings from the victim before fleeing on foot to parts unknown.
The victim was uninjured in this incident.
