NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is asking for the public's assistance to locate the whereabouts of a vehicle and its occupants which were captured on video in a drive-by shooting in Brooklyn last week.
At approximately 8:45 p.m. on March 23, a 36-year-old man was standing outside of a double-parked white BMW sedan in the vicinity of Prospect Place and Buffalo Avenue in Weeksville when a dark-color SUV approached him, officials said.
One round was discharged from a firearm of the SUV's rear passenger-side window, striking the rear driver-side window of the BMW, according to police.
The victim was not injured and the SUV fled the scene on Prospect Place, authorities said.
