NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The suspected gunman who allegedly shot his mother's boyfriend in Queens last week was arrested, police said Wednesday.

The NYPD said Desean McCain, 22, has been charged with murder, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
Anthony Ragler, 47, was shot at the NYCHA's Pomonok Houses on Parsons Boulevard in Pomonok around 7:20 p.m on Nov. 2, authorities said.
Police said responding officers found him with gunshot wounds to his head and torso.
He was taken to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The New York Daily News reports cops have repeatedly responded to the apartment for domestic incidents between the victim and McCain's mother in 2018 and for past disputes between the mother-son duo.
McCain allegedly shot Ragler in front of his mother and her 8-year-old grandson during an argument, later fleeing the scene and surrendering to police once NYPD’s Regional Fugitive Task Force caught up with him.
