NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A 24-year-old man was arrested for his alleged role in an early May shooting that left two dead in a Midtown Manhattan recording studio, police said.

Kabal Reyes, of Linden, New Jersey, was among three other accomplices that were involved in the murder of two people at a shooting at Nightlife Productions in the W. 37th St. building near Ninth Ave.

A couple of days after the shooting, police released surveillance images of four men who were suspects.

Reyes and his crew arrived at Nightlife Productions around midnight, on the day of the shooting, according to police. At one point during an argument, Reyes or one of the others allegedly pulled a gun and opened fire, police said.

When cops arrived at the scene, they found Dillahunt facedown on the sidewalk with a bullet to his back outside.

Rapper Kamir King, 34, was also found shot in the head inside the studio. King died shortly after his arrival at Bellevue Hospital. Dillahunt was also rushed to Bellevue, where he died. Police also found drugs and money at the scene.

Investigators suspect that Dillahunt was part of Reyes' crew and was shot while trying to run away from the scene.

Reyes and the others fled the scene in a white sedan.

Reyes is the first arrest in the case.

Anyone with additional information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
