NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The family of 15-year-old Kyara Villa is pleading for the public's help after the Bronx girl did not return home after taking a Regents exam at her high school last Thursday.
Kyara was last seen around 8:46 a.m. near the High School of Fashion Industries at 225 West 24th Street in Chelsea, police said.
Xiomara Santiago, Kyara's aunt, begged for her safe return, NBC New York reports.
"Keke, please come home, we love you, Santiago said. "Your mom is suffering, we're all suffering. Please come home. If you have Keke, please do the right thing and let Kyara go."
Friends reportedly told the family that they last saw Kyara on a 2 train.
Her high school urged for information on her disappearance on social media, saying the teen was last seen leaving after taking her Regents physics exam.
Police described the girl as being 5'0" tall, weighing approximately 99 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. Kyara was last seen wearing a beige sweatshirt, pink sweatpants, black Jordan sneakers and a black book bag.
Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
