NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A woman was found dead Monday at a Brooklyn community health center where she lived, reportedly with a bag over her head.
The 38-year-old woman was discovered dead around 10:30 a.m. at the Housing Works East New York Health Center on Pitkin Avenue, police said Tuesday.
The NYPD wasn’t immediately able to confirm a report by the New York Post that there was a bag over her head.
While her death is being investigated as suspicious, the medical examiner’s office will ultimately determine how she died, according to police, who said her death may have been a suicide.
