NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- Police on Wednesday released footage of a man and woman who are wanted after a man was attacked with a hammer and robbed of his motorcycle last week in the Bronx.
It happened just before 5 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, when a 30-year-old man was approached by two suspects in front of 530 East 138th St. in Mott Haven.
Acting in concert, the duo struck the man with a hammer and then stole his motorcycle before fleeing eastbound on 138 Street toward St. Ann's Avenue, taking the victim's motorcycle with them.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition.
The woman was wearing long braids and was last seen wearing black jeans, black boots, and a white jacket, holding a bright yellow umbrella.
The man was last seen wearing a black and gray jacket, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
