NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a motorcyclist they say smashed another vehicle with his fists during a "road rage incident" on Thursday.
The motorcyclist, who was riding a blue and white Yamaha, "abruptly stopped" in front of another vehicle on the Garden State Parkway, near the Toms River exit ramp, around 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, Manchester police said on Facebook.
Not long after, the motorcyclist got off of his bike, approached the other vehicle's driver and struck the vehicle's hood and windshield with his fists, "causing significant damage," police said.
The motorcyclist fled the scene after he damaged the vehicle, according to police.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Toms River Police Department or the Manchester Township Police Department.
