The MLB trade deadline looms Monday at 3 p.m. CT, and the rumor mill is swirling after many deals already went down Sunday.

More could be on the way, as some premier names on the trade market continue to pop up. Here's the latest:

White Sox talking with Indians about Mike Clevinger

Here's a bit of a unique situation: The Cleveland Indians entered Sunday with a one-game lead over the Chicago White Sox in the AL Central but are talking with them about a potential deal for right-hander Mike Clevinger, according to RADIO.COM MLB insider Bob Nightengale.

The White Sox are in need of more starting pitching behind ace Lucas Giolito, and Clevinger has seemed to fall out of favor with the Indians, who are loaded with young, controllable arms.

Cleveland has set a a high asking price for Clevinger, according to reports, and several other teams in need of starting pitching have also expressed interest in him, including the Atlanta Braves (who traded for Tommy Milone on Sunday) and the New York Yankees.

Yankees interested in Starling Marte

The Yankees' injuries have sent the team on a downward spiral, and while adding another arm into both the rotation and bullpen is likely a priority, they also appear to be eyeing insurance for outfielder Aaron Judge.

The Yankees have checked in with the Arizona Diamondbacks on outfielder Starling Marte, according to Joel Sherman of the New York Post.

Marte, 32, entered Sunday with just two home runs and 14 RBIs but was hitting .332 with five steals. He can play either right field or center field.

Judge was placed back onto the injured Friday after reaggravating a calf strain that sent him to the IL earlier in August. He isn't expected to return until the end of the season.

Clint Frazier has gotten a chance to shine in Judge's absence, but the outfield consisting of him, Brett Gardner, Mike Tauchman and Aaron Hicks has struggled to produce in the way Judge and designated hitter Giancarlo Stanton -- who's also on the IL -- have.

Lance Lynn deal is 'increasingly' likely

It's "increasingly likely" that the Rangers will trade right-hander Lance Lynn, according to MLB Network's Jon Paul Morosi.

Among the teams that have checked in on Lynn include the White Sox, Twins and Dodgers, per Morosi.

Lynn, 33, has been among the league's biggest surprises this season. He's 4-1 with a 1.93 ERA in eight starts , striking out 56 batters in 51 1/3 innings pitched.

The Rangers are also reportedly looking to deal slugger Joey Gallo.
