Georgia Bulldogs offensive coordinator Todd Monken has been a busy man. He, reportedly, interviewed with the Baltimore Ravens this week, and is slated to do the same with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Tuesday, says Ian Rapoport.
It's typically a good thing when coaches are sought after, it points toward the program being successful and on the rise. But there could be repurcussions, too. If players were to leave Georgia, as Mike Griffith of DawgNation explains to The Morning Show with John & Hugh, the fallout could drastically change the Dawgs' roster, in particular the quarterback room.

What would happen if one of Georgia's quarterbacks, or multiple passers, left town because Monken took another job? This scenarion is not out of the realm of possibility.
"I think it'd be disappointing," said Griffith in response to Monken potentially leaving Georgia. "I think Carson Beck and Brock Vandagriff and Gunner Stockton, a big reason they signed on was for Todd Monken. I know that Vandagriff and Beck both said part of the reason they've waited so long rather than transferring out is because they enjoy working with Todd Monken and they feel like they're learning a lot from him. He would be hard to replace."
Georgia will be forced to live without Stetson Bennett next season as he enters the NFL draft. Losing another quarterback, or multiple quarterbacks, could be a death knell for Georgia's chances of a third national title in as many years.
"That's probably the No. 1 thing with Georgia football right now in terms of the team, the immediate team, is their ability to maintain Todd Monken on their staff," Griffith said.
