On Tuesday Andy Bunker and Randy McMichael were joined by Atlanta Falcons starting quarterback Marcus Mariota live from Falcons Training Camp in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
Andy & Randy’s conversation turned to whether or not the Oregon Ducks can cover the current 18-point spread against the Georgia Bulldogs Week 1 of the upcoming college football season at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Saturday September 3.
“He said do you think they are gonna cover, he didn’t even ask me if they are going to win…the disrespect,” Mariota replied when Randy asked if Oregon could cover the spread against Georgia.
“First of all I think Coach Lanning brings great positive energy to the team and you know what it’s college football so you never know,” Mariota added.
Mariota is widely considered the best player in Oregon football history.
