Senior starting linebacker Bengally Kamara had 19 tackles with a sack and pair of quarterback hurries combined in the last two games against Boston College and Duke. For the season, 55 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and a pair of sacks. In 47 career games at Pitt, 117 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, an interception and forced fumble.
Coming out of Akron East HS he had offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State among others.
Linebackers Brandon George (senior) and Aiden Henningham (redshirt junior) and defensive back Buddy Mack (senior) also announced they are entering the transfer portal. Monday is the first day those players can commit to schools.
