With the Penguins being without their top two goaltenders (Tristan Jarry and Casey DeSmith) Louis Domingue will get the start for Pittsburgh in game two against the New York Rangers.
If you would've been told before the series started that it would be Vezina favorite Igor Shesterkin taking on the third-stringer Domingue, you'd probably think the Penguins have no chance.
But for many that isn't the case heading into Thursday evening's game at Madison Square Garden.
After DeSmith went down with a lower body, still listed day-to-day, Domingue came in cold in the second overtime and proceeded to all 17 shots he faced including a couple of quick attacks by the Rangers.
After the game, Domingue said he had a meal of spicy pork and broccoli between the first and second overtimes and although he said it was "not the best" it did get the job done.
That now raises the question, will that be Domingue's pre-game meal before starting on Thursday?
The Fan Morning Show debated if he will have the spicy pork again.
As Chris Mack pointed out, it might not even be up to Domingue if he wants to eat the meal, he may be forced to by his captain.
"The question for me is not whether Louis Domingue wants Louis Domingue to eat the spicy pork and broccoli, it's whether the most superstitious man on Earth, Sidney Crosby, goes and buys the spicy pork and broccoli for Louis Domingue and hands it to him pregame and says, 'here, eat this'," said Mack.
Mack says Crosby absolutely will try to get Domingue to eat it.
"I guarantee you Sidney Crosby is having this conversation with his teammates," added Mack.
