David Ross continues tradition of Cubs managers acting like jerks

The Chicago Cubs are no longer the loveable losers they used to be. They’re just losers now.

The Pirates are playing for pride and are treating these last few games of the season like the playoffs.

They sit six games under .500, which considering where they were in the middle of the summer, is pretty impressive.

The Cubs saw this playoff hopes take another hit after the Pirates took two of three from the Cubbies.

Joshua Palacios delivered a big middle finger to the Cubs and their fans, blasting a three-run homer into Wrigley’s right field. Palacios even delivered the famous Michael Jordan shrug while clearing the bases.

After the game, Cubs manager David Ross continued the tradition, started by former manager Joe Maddon, of being a d**k.

"That's not a good team that just took two out of three from us,” Ross said after the game.

The Cubs are a better team, they have seven more wins than the Pirates, but it’s looking like the Cubs will be joining the Pirates, on the outside looking in when the playoffs do come around.

Ross needs to worry about his own team.

The Cubs dominated the Pirates in the season series, but when it came time to put them away, the Cubs failed against, according to Ross, a bad team.

Oh well.
