The AFC is already stacked with star quarterbacks. The AFC North is already stacked with:

Joe Burrow – Bengals

Lamar Jackson – Ravens

Baker Mayfield – Browns

A look at the rest of the AFCs Top stars to mid-level quarterbacks:

Patrick Maholmes - Chiefs

Josh Allen – Bills

Justin Herbert – Chargers

Derek Carr – Raiders

Ryan Tannehill – Titans

On Tuesday the AFC added nearly 10-time Pro Bowl quarterback and Super Bowl Champion Russell Wilson after a blockbuster deal was struck between the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos.

With Wilson joining Denver, the AFC West is stacked with QBs with Maholmes, Herbert and Carr in the division.

Now we turn our attention to Pittsburgh. As of right now it will be Mason Rudolph under center for the Steelers when the 2022 season starts.

While a lot can happen with free agency, a trade and the draft, it looks like it will be the 5-4-1 Rudolph, who hasn't exactly impressed in the small time he has gotten.

So (as of today) we have Mason Rudolph going up against Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow and to a lesser extent Baker Mayfield two times a year.

The good news is as of now, outside of the AFC North, the only elite QB the Steelers will see in the regular season is Buffalo's Allen.
