Damon Bruce has been on air San Francisco (in one way or another) for over two decades. He joined 95.7 The Game in August of 2014 after establishing himself as one of the most listened to, and entertaining talk show hosts in the Bay Area.
Damon’s experience covering the local sports scene makes him a "must listen" for all Bay Area fans. Never playing favorites, his straight forward commentary and biting humor have engaged listeners in Northern California since 2005.
A 6’2’’ (illegal screen setting) small forward from Indiana University, Damon lives in San Francisco with his incredible family. His wife, Gillian gave birth to their firstborn son in August of 2019. Damon encourages you to get your Christmas Tree, at the Guardsmen Tree Lot or donate to help Bay Area at-risk youth at Guardsmen.org.
Ray Ratto (born 1954) has been a San Francisco Bay Area sportswriter since the 1970s and a sports columnist since the 1980s. A lifelong resident of Alameda, California, he was a Senior Insider for the TV station NBC Sports Bay Area (formerly Comcast Sportsnet Bay Area) from 2010 to 2019, and wrote columns for their website. He has also written national columns for espn.com as well as CBS' sportsline.com. Ratto has co-hosted radio shows in the Bay Area for the past decade. He was a regular on the NBC Sports Bay Area show "The Happy Hour." He is currently a contributor at Deadspin and also writes columns for the San Jose Mercury News. Ratto is one of 60 sportswriters whose ranking of college football teams makes up the AP Poll.
Matt Kolsky is a Chicagoland native who first fell in love with the Bay Area as a fresh-faced co-ed matriculating at Pomona College in Southern California. He has plied his trade in the sports media since his first move to the Bay in 2004 — as a newspaper stringer covering high school sports, a radio producer, a NBA G-League broadcaster and countless other odd jobs. He has worked his way through the industry while making a home on the Berkeley/Oakland border. For the last seven years Kolsky has been an afternoon radio host in the Bay Area, and now also covers the sports scene as a columnist for the San Francisco Examiner. His particular brand of strong commentary and caustic wit gives him a unique approach to the region’s sports teams, and creates a strong mix alongside Damon Bruce and Ray Ratto during afternoon drive on 95.7 the Game.
