(610 Sports) – Andy Reid's love of cheeseburgers is no secret. Following the Chiefs' Super Bowl win at the end of the 2019 season, Reid said he would celebrate the win with “the biggest cheeseburger you’ve ever seen.” So, to no one's surprise and to everyone's delight, Reid was gifted a double cheeseburger by the team following the Chiefs' 24-10 victory over the Seahawks on Sunday.

After a short speech by Patrick Mahomes in the Chiefs' locker room, the gift was delivered to Reid in a wrapped Nike shoe box by tight end Travis Kelce and was well-received by the head coach.

“May you all get a gift as great as this,” Reid said. “Cheeseburgers in paradise, baby.”

Joining 610 Sports' 'The Drive' on Tuesday, Mahomes was asked whose idea it was to get Reid his gift and it sounds like the whole team was in on it.

"That was like a team thing," said Mahomes. "They always give us these 'questions of the day' type things and then guys go out and answer it and everybody said either Air Force 1s or the cheeseburger and cheeseburger won the poll. So, we decided to go ahead and give him an early Christmas gift."

Reid has also let his affection for Air Force 1s be known in the past, once stating that "I'm old, they're old and we just fit," in regards to the Nike shoe staple. He even had the pair he wore during the Chiefs' Super Bowl LIV win sent to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Something tells me that Reid probably still got a new pair for Christmas, winning the AFC West for the seventh straight year was sure to get him on someone's nice list.
