Odell Beckham Jr, (26), has been traded to the Cleveland Browns, according to sources. The New York Giants will receive the 17th overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft, a third-round pick, and Safety Jabril Peppers.

The six-year veteran Wide Receiver, who signed a monster extension worth up to $98.5 million before last season, made him the highest paid player at his position until the Oakland Raiders acquired Antonio Brown earlier this week and signed him to more guaranteed money.

Further details involving the blockbuster trade will be determined at a later time. It is also interesting to note that Dave Gettleman [New York Giants General Manager> was quoted at a news conference during the NFL scouting combine last month, as saying, "We didn't sign Odell to trade him. OK?".

Spoke too soon, Dave?

Once this is official, it will reunite best friends, training partners in the offseason, and former LSU teammates, OBJ and Jarvis Landry, who spent his first season with the Cleveland Browns last season.
