Brad Turner of the Los Angeles Times has reported that Tyronn Lue and his representatives have "reportedly" declined an offer to become the next head coach for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Lue and his representatives declined the Lakers offer of 3-years, $18 million. Lue was seeking five years. per source.

The Lakers are coming off a (37-45) record, failing to make the postseason for the sixth consecutive season. The Lakers fired Luke Walton after two seasons and have been searching for his replacement.
LeBron James, whose first season in Los Angeles was marred by injury played under Tyronn Lue in Cleveland where they won an NBA title in 2016.
