The passing of Padres owner Peter Seidler was felt by everyone in San Diego. He was not only the owner of the Padres who poured an unprecedented amount of money into the team's roster, but a great philanthropist and family man as well who positively impacted everyone he came in contact with. San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria announced on Wednesday evening that he's begun the process of renaming one of the streets outside of Petco Park "Peter Seidler Way" as a way to honor Peter's legacy.
