The viral image of a bundled-up Sen. Bernie Sanders at the inauguration -- remember the parka and those mittens -- appears to be giving the image of a baseball-tossing Dr. Anthony Fauci a run for its money.

The Topps baseball card with the already-iconic Sanders image has set a new all-time sales record, breaking the previous one set by a card of Fauci, tossing out the first pitch at a Washington Nationals-New York Yankees game in May, Topps announced Friday.

Sanders’ Topps baseball card, included in the 2020 USA Election Topps Now card set from Inauguration Day, had 91,169 cards ordered and printed as of Friday

Sanders' figure is nearly double the amount set by Fauci, whos card sold 51,512 cards in the span of just 24 hours.
