Another arrest has been made after a shooting at an Upstate fast food restaurant, last year. As we previously reported, the Gaffney Police Department to a shooting at the McDonald's on East Frederick Street, this past December.
Three of the five suspects charged in the shooting have been arrested in recent months. A fourth suspect, David Allen Jr. was apprehended last week. Allen Jr. was reportedly driving a stolen car when he was stopped by police hundreds of miles away in Northern Virginia.
Allen faces charges stemming from the McDonald's shooting they include attempted murder, aggravated assault, a weapons violation and multiple other crimes. He has since been transported back to the Upstate and is being held in Cherokee County.
The Gaffney Police Department says one suspect Elijah Fonnah remains at large. He's considered armed and dangerous anyone with info on his whereabouts should contact police immediately.
