The Freedom Caucus from the South Carolina Statehouse has been outspoken about the 1.8 billion dollars in state funding that is still in limbo. Freedom Caucus member and now U.S. Congressional hopeful Adam Morgan joined the Charlie James Show Wednesday to galvanize that position.
The position of the Freedom Caucus is clear cut that the money should be back in the hands of the tax paying public. Morgan said "If you took it from the taxpayer and mishandled it, you lost it and were doing fine without it, just give it back".
